In this role I'm helping S&S to make sure that their people strategy supports their ambitious (growth) goals. From setting up a measurable approach on Quality of Life, optimizing the Employee journey, training the P&C team, leadership development, setting up the Academy for growth and guiding the switch in culture which comes with this new phase. High performance and Quality of life can go hand in hand and this company will prove it.
Results: - set-up of scalable people processes to support both the development of the people as the company growth. - Definition of cultural values - setting up the right company and department KPIs and OKRs to go from “day by day work activities” to focusing on clear goals. - Translating these goals into meeting structures, internal communication and ways so share actionable insights. - Due diligence of staff for an integration with another company. - Leading the process of letting employees on the old location go in the best way possible. - all admins related to that, from final payments to connections with UWV and negotiations. A big focus went to creating the top team in this new phase, plus their development: guiding MT in setting up the right KPI focused strategy for the overall company and per department, helping MT to grow into their management role, giving them te right tools to create focus, structure and happy, productive and high performing employees.
Setting up the definition of partnership management at Quan. Finding and connecting with the right partners + setting them up for success when it comes to being an ambassador for the Quan brand and successfully selling the way of working to their clients. As a part of the commercial team I also help with organizing events, finding the smartest ways to make the commercial team more scalable, new ways to expand the community and ofcourse to sell the product.
Part of the Management team - Doubled the team from 16 to 32 people. - In the lead of all people-related processes, structures and decisions, working together directly with CEO and CTO. - Working on people scalability, preparing for next growth phases, helping to solve organisational and communicational problems. - Set-up and implementation of a strong onboarding flow. - EMVP sessions to decide on the right recruitment marketing strategy to step into the highly competitive labour market. - Cultural Value sessions and implementation of the right organisational processes, based on these values. - Build a (tech) community by using the right recruitment marketing tools (strong results from going from outbound to inbound attraction of talent). - Implementation of the right tools for hiring, HR and feedback, with the focus on scalability. - Set-up of a scalable and innovative way of providing teams with feedback. Working on the daily mission to help teachers and improve education.
