How you earn

  • 100 EUR per 20k organic impressions
  • Cap of 700 EUR for 10x-exclusive posts
  • Cap of 200 EUR for multi-tool or platform posts
  • Maximum 2 compensated posts per month

Only organic LinkedIn impressions qualify.

What makes a post qualify?

  • You must be accepted into the program first – please apply before posting and share your name, full postal address, company name if applicable, and your links to your social media channel to: hello@10x.team
  • 10x.team LinkedIn or website must be clearly tagged
  • The post must be original
  • Audience should include freelancers, fractionals, founders, executives, operators, or AI professionals
  • The engagement must be organic
  • 10x must be meaningfully positioned

We care about real influence, not artificial reach.

FAQs

To qualify for compensation:

  • You must have been officially accepted into the 10x program before posting.
  • 10x.team must be embedded in a context where it makes sense. Such as:
    • The future of fractional leadership
    • How AI is reshaping work
    • AI model training and human expertise
    • Building better AI with real operators
    • Scaling startups with fractional executives
    • Outcome-driven freelance hiring
    • How companies can access elite talent without full-time overhead
  • Your post should clearly reflect what 10x.team actually does, such as:
    • Connecting elite fractional leaders to ambitious companies
    • Screening for execution power, not just theory
    • Training and refining frontier AI models with real-world experts
    • Building the human layer behind next-generation AI systems
    • AI-driven screening and outcome-based hiring
    • The power of freelance and fractional professionals in starting and scaling companies
  •  Additional requirements:
    • In multi-tool or ecosystem posts, 10x.team must be mentioned meaningfully and positioned among the first three platforms or tools
    • No direct competitors to 10x.team may be positioned as alternatives within the same post
    • The post must be original. No copy-pasting from other creators.
    • Views from be organic. If a post has disproportionate views relative to engagement (comments and likes), we may investigate
    • The comments are real, not bot-generated
    • There must be at least 7 days between posts about 10x.team
    • No paid promotion or boosting allowed
 
We reward real reach, real influence, and real human interaction.

We compensate:

  • Maximum 2 posts per month
  • Maximum 1 exclusive 10x-only post per month
  • Posts can be either:
    • Exclusive 10x.team deep dives
    • Multi-tool/ecosystem posts

You may post more often and at the end of the month, you decide which post(s) you want to invoice (within the limits above).

We only compensate one account per creator.

Most creators wait a few days for impressions to stabilize.

When ready:

    • Screenshot showing total organic impressions

We will confirm the final compensation based on:

100 EUR per 20,000 organic impressions

Example:

40,000 impressions > 200 EUR compensation

Your invoice must include the following information:

  • Personal name
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Full address
  • Email address

Service details:

  • Link to the post
  • Accumulated organic impressions
  • Final compensation amount

We:

  • Accept one invoice per post
  • Pay invoices the week after we’ve received the invoice
  • Compensate each post once

Important: We can only process payment once we receive a complete and correct official invoice.
