• Design and implement technical control measures such as vulnerability management, baseline monitoring and automated reporting. • Initiate and coordinate penetration testing, evaluate findings and draft remediation plans. • Monthly reporting to clients on security related indicators. • Evaluate security events and incidents to decide appropriate course of action. Assign and follow up on resulting incidents and changes.
• Design, create and implement the full stack AWS cloud-based infrastructure for the Ohpen SAAS environment • Successfully achieved the first “bank-in-the-cloud” status at Ohpen • Initiate, lead and participate in business and IT driven projects to optimize infrastructure design and onboard new clients • Work with development teams to implement and deploy new functionality in Ohpen’s core banking platform • Provide day-to-day oversight of cloud infrastructure to ensure the reliability and availability of Ohpen’s platform • Experience with Agile and DevOps principles
Joined the organization as Senior System Engineer. Started with a dedicated research into the systematic failure of the IIS based web environment. After finding and mitigating the root cause, started multiple projects to upgrade and improve the infrastructure of the IT organization. • Redesign the network architecture. Implement routing, VLANs, DMZ and replace the ISA firewall setup. • Design and implement NAS cluster • Coordinate and design remote locations • Automate deployments
Initially hired as desktop support. Due to the startup nature of Binck, quickly assumed more responsibilities. As System Engineer responsible for server and network management, with a focus on the IIS based DMZ.
